Note: The framing dimensions given in the above chart are rough framing dimensions and represent the distance from _.
stud to stud only. They do not take into consideration the addition of sheetrock/drywall. Adjustments must be made
-,-to these numbers when applying the finishing materials.. Framing may touch the top of the standoffs but the dimen-
sions given here allow 1/8" to, position the fireplace if framing is constructed prior to the placement of the unit.
*The framing depth given for these multi -sided units reflect the addition of 5/8" drywall being applied to the surface
of the rough framing. This explains why the cavity depth is smaller than the actual fireplace depth. If drywall other
than'5/8" is.used when finishing these appliances, adjustments to the framing depth dimension must be made.
For best results, do not construct framing until the unit is in place.
