RE: Proposed Remodel of Jordan Rogers Residence -
Lot R-30 Starwood.
-------------------------------------------------------------
We have been contacted by Warren Palmer concerning the impact
of an addition on the individual sewage system on this referenced
lot. Since we do not have any permit records on this system,
we have suggested that the old system be dug up, evaluated and
repaired, enlarged or replaced as necessary. This is not
possible until after the sale and closing, and as a result we
have been requested to postpone our site evaul.ation for a time.
With some written assurance that the septic system will be
modified as necessary, we would have no objection to issuing
a building permit prior to a repair sewage disposal permit. The
site characteristics and expected soil conditions should make
any installation of the sewage disposal system straight -forward
and there should be little.problem meeting code.
