other,staff,and invited community members and organizations to discuss and work through issues the County is
facing,but not ready to take official action on at a regular board meeting. Work sessions are open to the public
(with exception of execuiise session) However,public input is typically not taken during a work session unless
specifically asked for by the Board

OSTB AND BOCC JOINT EXECUTIVE SESSIONS
The OSTB and BOCC convened jointly in executive session in accordance with CRS 24-6-402(4)(a),(b)
and(e)for the purpose of discussing acquisitions,advice from attorney and negotiations at 10:06 a.m.
The joint executive session concluded at 12:08 p.m.
Staff Present: Gary Tennenbaum, Dale Will, Lindsey Utter,Janet Urquhart,Jon Peacock,John Ely,
Laura Maker,Richard Neiley
Others Present: Bill Fates,Zach Smith
The OSTB and BOCC jointly discussed the following:

Carbondale to Crested Butte Trail
Bill Fates and Zach Smith exited the meeting al 10.40 a.m. Lindsey Utter and Janet Urquhart entered the
meeting at 10:40 a.m. Mark Beckler entered the meeting at 11:15 a.m and departed the meeting at 11:34
a.m. Wayne Ives recused himself from the discussion at 11:34 a.m.and returned to the meeting at 11:43
a.m.John Ely departed the meeting at 11:59 a.m.
ADJOURN
