Please be advised that Pekin County Department of Human Services and Lake County Human
Services have agreed to transfer Colorado Child Care Assistance Program Allocation moneys
from Lake County 17115 to Pitkin County DHS in the amount of$68,000. Pitkin County DHS
agrees to assume the associated h1OE for the transfer amount of$6800.
This transfer is made in accordance with Agency Letter,ABA-I I-05-1, from Jay Moretn,
Colorado Department of Human Services
