Gene Ingham brought in his back -hoe and dug a 7 1/2 foot deep test hole on the O'Donnell property, 15 feet from the southern pRoperty line, just away from the county road. The soil there is very sandy. There is a little dampness showing in the bottom of the hole, but it had no standing waster. The original septic tank hole is about half filled with water. Mrs. O'Donnell indicated that Inhgam had the main irrigation ditch shut-off and right away the water level began to drop. I told Mr -s O'Donnel that there should be a piece of cast iron pipe coming out of the tank going to the leaching field. There should be 3 lines in the 20' wide trench rather than only 2.
