Hello, Lee:
Here are the copies from the existing septic system file. The first is just the application page,
but the next three pages you'll have to piece together to show the engineered design. On the
second page of the design, you'll notice at the one corner of the old barn that there is only
about 10 ft. between the barn and the effluent line. The new barn should not be built any closer
to the line than the old one was, and special care will need to be taken during construction of
the new barn not to damage the line (by driving over it, or digging into it, etc.). The reason for
keeping some distance between them is to allow room for work to be done either on the barn or
to the septic line without damaging the other while doing the work. According to the design,
there should be a clean out that will be visible and help in identifying the location of the line.
If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to call me. I'm also including the main
line number of 970-920-5070 in case you have questions while I'm on vacation. I leave Sept.
19th and will be back after Columbus day. Someone else can help you in my absence.
