Earthcnrks had installed the liner, rock, piping, sand and Marifi fabric. They had left one corner of it open in order for me to conduct my inspection. It appeared that the bed was installed per plans. Earthworks, as expected, is encountering ground water near the surface. It appears that the bed has been con- structed out of the ground water and will pose no threat to contamin- ation of the ground water. Earthworks was currently placing topsoil over the bed in completion of the project. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call.
