Earl Anderson is going to submit a building permit for Jill Sabella, 258 Little Elk CK Ave. She is
going to put in a photography workroom above her garage. The sinks she is adding will have no great
impact on the septic system, so EH does not have to be a referral agency for her permit. Thanks.
