A copy of the hearing officer's recommendations are attached hereto and made a part of this record as EXHIBIT "A". Commissioner Ireland moved approval of the hearing officer's recommendations. Commissioner Hatfield seconded the motion. Motion passed with four yea votes. APPEAL BY CHARLES COLLINS OF HEARING OFFICER'S DETERMINATION—Charles Collins appeared before the Board to appeal the hearing officer's recommendation on his property. Chairperson Ireland said he would re-open Mr. Collins' case for discussion. After a discussion Commissioner Ireland moved to adjust Mr. Collins' assessed valuation from $2,240,200 to $2,100,000. Commissioner Roy seconded the motion. Motion passed with four yea votes.
