Here you go. I would recommend having your system pumped again this summer. It has been
since Oct 2005, so 5 years is pushing the envelope a little. Anytime you'd like to chat about
potential upgrades to your system for planning purposes, just let me know. Hopefully you
won't have to worry about it - but just in case...

I can't remember if I already emailed you or not — so just in case... I need floor plans of your entire house (to count
bedrooms). You can draw them out if you want — nothing formal required! I have bits and pieces in my file, but no
drawing of the entire floor plan.

This is from me in the guise of a building permit applicant. I have applied for a permit to
build a 192 sq ft kitchen/dining room addition, no additional bedrooms or plumbing
involved, just moving an existing sink about two feet. The septic system is on the
opposite side of the house and won't be impacted by the addition.
I called you this morning and learned that you are away from the office until Tuesday, so
I am sending you some information relating to my project. I will be out of town from
Wednesday July 8 until the 27th
I have enclosed a site plan showing the location of the addition and the ISDS. I am also
enclosing some history of maintenance of the system for your historical pleasure. We
have typically pumped the tank every four years or so, but have records only back to
1993 (enclosed). My wife Marcia says we also have a letter from EH in '87 that says the
system was in good condition at that time. This might be more than you need to know,
but what the hay.
My permit number is 0043.2009.prbu.
