Main Street Aspen, CO. 81611 ATTN: Mr. Bob Nelson RE: Inspection of Mounded Seepage Bed for Peter Aldred Residence Dear Bob: On August 11 and 21, 1978, I inspected the above system and found it to be constructed according to the plans submitted by Eldorado Engineering Co. The only item not completed was installation of the alarm system for pump malfunction. Mr. Aldred has purchased the alarm and reported that he would be installing it in the near future.
