I have just received some building plans for an addition to your existing
garage/workshop. When we get building permits, we always check the existing
individual sewage disposal system just to make sure that no new building is to
occur on or too close to the system. This is not a problem in your case. However,
I found that there was an unfinaled permit in your file from when you added your
garage/workshop in 1988. Apparently you installed a tank and tied that into the
existing field.
I am enclosing a copy of the letter that Rick Bossingham had sent you in October
of 1988. We will need to get from you a letter from Mike Conners that he had
completed the work that Rick had asked to be done. We will not be able to sign off
on the building permit for the addition to the garage/workshop until we receive
this letter.
