The Provision of Carbondale to Crested Butte Trail Plan Engineering Services (the "Agreement") dated March 14, 2017 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County(the "County") and Loris and Associates, Inc (the "Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows: Description of Change Contract extension, contract end date is now April 1, 2018 Additional Budget Line Item Number, 123.83 00000.82012. Revision in Contractor's Obligations. Additional Budget Line Item Number 123.83.00000 82012, in the amount of$1,500 00, to be included as additional services to the Contractor's Obligations section. The Contractor shall attend and participate in the Healthy Rivers and Streams Board Meeting, in person. Meeting is presumed to be in Basalt,the final location will be shared by the County to the Contractor Section II (Contractor's Obligations), Part C 2, to be revised from "Adoption" to "Addendum"Addendum work may include,but not limited to: 1 4-foot shoulders along SH 133—Evaluate and provide a cost estimate for the addition of 4-foot-wide shoulders along both sides of SH 133 from terminus of the Crystal Valley Trail (northern end of 7 Oaks segment)to the northern bndge at Redstone Blvd. (south end of Wild Rose segment). Current existing paved shoulders are in the range of 0' to 2' wide Contractor will evaluate shoulder width and associated pavement widening and roadway improvements using the standards and cntena set forth in the latest editions of the CDOT Design Guide and CDOT M& S Standards. The Engineering Feasibility Report dated October 9,2017 will be revised with the addition of this shoulder evaluation discussion and cost data.
