NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board that the following construction projects are approved for the campus of the Aspen Camp School for the Deaf (as shown on the site plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A"): 1. Construction of a staff bunkhouse. 2. Use of a small Pan -Abode structure as a Nature Study Center. 3. Replacement and enlargement of the existing central building from 2,500 s.f. to 5,000 s.f. 4. A new student bunkhouse of 600 s.f. to be placed next to the existing bunkhouses. 5. An addition of 1500-2000 s.f. plus two (2) decks of approxi- mately 665 s.f. to the -arts and crafts building for the provision of indoor studio space. 6. The addition of a full or partial roof over the court games area and the addition of a small storage structure for sports equipment. 7. A shade but of approximately 200 s.f. to be built in the Indian Village. The structure would be open on three sides. The following conditions must be met as part of the Special Review approval: r ..rsolution No. 84 'Page 2 1. Right-of-way (30 ft. from centerline) be dedicated for the corner of Wildcat Road and Snowmass Road. 2. Construction debris must be hauled to a designated landfill for disposal and cannot be burned on the site. 3. On-site retention of site drainage will be required. 4. Re -vegetation of disturbed soil areas must be done as soon as possiblo following construction. .5. A filter system must be installed on the existing water system. 6. A sediment./sand trap must be incorporated into the waste lines from the crafts building prior to discharge of effluent into the main sewer collection line. 7. Close coor3ination between the Environmental Health Department and Building Department must be maintained as the future expansion plans come on line. Building locations must be as shown on this approved site plan. S. Since this is not an expansion of the use, additional parking need not be provided. 9. If the court games area is covered, an additional Special Review would be necessary, but would be a continuation of this review and would not require additional fee payment.
