Schmueser Gordon Meyer performed 3 inspections of the Gerdin ISDS
and I am writing this letter to certify that the system was
Installed per SGM Plans and Specifications.
As you will recall, we originally designed the ET bed to be located
on a different site within the property. During final construction,
a more suitable site was located and we have attached the following
"redlined" plan which identifies the new location of the bed. The
map attached serves as an as built drawing of the system installed.
To reiterate, this letter is certifying the system installation as
well as transmitting the revisions made to the ISDS.
I hope this information serves its intended purpose. If you have
any questions or comments, please don't hesitate to call.
Sincerely,

RE: Proposal For Professional Services Fbr Individual
Sewage Disposal System (ISDS), Old Snowmass Creek
Dear Victor:
This letter is being written to provide a letter of propsal for engi-
neering services to design an ISDS for the above mentioned location.
It is my understanding that the proposed residence will be a 3 -bedroom
house with 2-1/2 baths. We have received the information that you have
sent us which includes a topo map of the property and the field test
data sheet on the percolation test performed by the Pitkin County
Environmental Health Department. Using these two items, along with the
bedroom count in the home, we will be able to provide you with a design
for a sewage disposal system.
On a preliminary review of the information, it appears the system will
be of an evapo-transpiration (ET) type system. Depending upon the
swelling potential of the on-site clays, it is still uncertain whether
or not the system will need to be lined or an unlined ET system. We
would propose to do this scope of work for a fee of between $500 and
$750. I have attached a standard contract used by SCM with its
clients. Please sign both copies and return one copy to us for our
files. If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate
to call.
Sincerely,
SCHMUESER GORDON MEYER, INC.
