Box 8400 Aspen, Colorado 81611 Re: Lot 33, Shield -O -Terraces Dear Karen: ASPEN, COLORADO 81611 February 12, 1980 An inspection of the water supply and sewage disposal systems serving the residence on the above captioned property was conducted on February 5, 1980. Water is supplied from a well of acceptable sanitary construc- tion and a sufficient distance from the sewage disposal system absorption area. The water sample was broken in transit to the laboratory and will be resampled this week. The sewage disposal system was installed under the enclosed permit #78047 and was inspected and approved by this depart- ment. There was no evidence of malfunction at the time of inspection.
