Conclusion
No Basis for Denial of Permit Application
• Safety is our Sole Motivation
• Lighting is of low intensity and in use only when needed for safe
pedestrian movements within the ranch
• Lighting Satisfies all Relevant Policies and Standards
• Proposed lighting satisfies International Dark Sky Association
Standards and has no negative impact on a persons enjoyment of
the night sky
• If the existing and proposed lighting at AVR violates the County's
Night Sky Policies, then every outdoor light in the County also
violates such policy
Thank you
