The system as built consists of a 1250 gallon septic tank and a seepage bed. of 1728 square feet. It is adequate for a three bedroom residence, and we understand the change orders and plan modification contemplated, while increasing fixture units, will not significantly increase occupancy load (6) or the number of bedrooms.
