A parcel of land in the NW,NW4 Section 10, Township 9 South,
Range 88 West of the 6th P.M., Known and --Numbered as
8631 Highway 133.
Dear Sir:
On June 21, 1977, this office conducted an inspection of the above
referenced lot for the purpose of determining the adequacy of the
water supply and sewage disposal systems.
The water system consists of a well of proper sanitary construction
and a sufficient distance from the sewage absorption area. A sample
of well water was collected and tested for bacteriological quality
at the Colorado Department of Health Laboratory in Glenwood Springs.
The result was -safe.
The sewage disposal system consists of a 1200 gallon aerated treatment
unit and a 500 square foot absorption field inspected and approved by
this office on July 29, 1974. A copy of the Individual Sewage Disposal
Permit is enclosed. This system was operating properly at the time of
inspection and there was no evidence of malfunction.
