6th P.M., being Tract 5 of CRYSTAL RIVER ESTATES, a Subdivision, recorded
in the Pitkin County Courthouse as Document No. 140792 and more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Tract 5 from whence the E4 corner
of said Sec. 29 bears S56°48'24"E 1,750.53 ft; thence N17°40'00"E 150.00 ft;
thence S72020'00"E 300.92 ft; thence S17°40'00"W 150.00 ft; thence
S720'20'00"W 300.92 ft. to the POINT OF BEGINNING, together with the
right of ingress and egress.
