Dear Mr. Nelson,
Enclosed are my plot plan and plan for the septic system on Lot 48 of the
Elk Mountain Subdivision. This is designed according to your suggestion
of serial distribution on the sloping lot. I am ready to go ahead with
construction if you can approve my plan and issue a septic building permit.
I will not do any house construction this year and the tank will be capped
at the inlet. At what times will you need to inspect?
The setback variance for the house was approved on October 31, 1978. The lot
is presently being resurveyed.

Dear Mr. Nelson,
I am submitting the enclosed plot plan for your approval of the septic permit
on lot 48 at Elk Mountain Subdivision. (you ran the percolation test early this
summer.) I would also like this to serve as the request for setback variance if
possible. I understand that separate architectural plans must be approved for the
building permit.
My main concern here is to get the septic and well done this fall. No building
would start before spring.
