To whom it may concern,
I am filing for a permit on behalf of Casey Braaksma of 1650 McClain Flats Rd. This
permit is for the removal of a 30 inch DBH Cottonwood behind the caretaker's unit. This
tree has been infested with mites that have compromised the health of the tree and is now
in severe decline. As the tree is very large, dying and growing over structures, I
recommend removal with no mitigation needed. Thank you for your time.
