Page 3 PIFCO 2017 154 RD Glenwood Springs, Co. 81623 To whom it may concern, The purpose of this letter is to show that Duane Piller, with Pifco, at the request of Sherry Rubin with Coldwell Banker worked on the Chuck and Barbara Aulbin septic system in Crystal River Park Sub. On September 30, 2013, 1 went to the Aulbins with small backhoe and dug down and removend the concrete extension rings on there septic tank. I then laid in standard concrete sealant called rubber and reasembled the concrete extension rings to make them water tight.
