Dear Mr. and Mrs. Brown:
Enclosed is the plat you requested. We found some water valves and
I showed there approximate location. As I mentioned the available
information we have on this lot is incomplete, as this plat will show.
I must mention also that when the men were trying to locate the water
line, they were informed by the adjoining owners that the water rights
were very unclear and that who ever was building should check this
matter out throughly before doing so. Also at this time the water line
was frozen.
