ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT
Our records indicate that a septic permit was issued to
you on 1.0/8/91 and that the septic system was never
installed. Our septic permits expire within 6 months.
We wanted to inform you that if you do build on this
property, you will need to apply for a new septic permit and
pay another application fee. The system will be sized by
this department using the new regulations adopted May 31,
1995. However, it possible that the soil data from the
initial application can be used. Please contact our office
if you need more information.
