Dear Mr. Koenig:
I am writing from Salt Lake City, Utah. I have employed Mr. Don
Fischer of Carbondale, Colorado, to do my excavations. I understand
that he has the excavation for the septic tank and the dry well complet-
ed. I have relocated these from the place which I showed you when you
visited my lot about six weeks ago. However, I believe that you will like
my relocation because it allows full distance required to either stream
while it is still on high ground.
Mr. Leon Sutherland of Redstone Ranch Acres will be installing the septic
tank and dry well. He should be working at the lot full time after October
6th. I will be over there next weekend, October 7th, and will give Leon
the instruction sheet which you gave me. I will have him prepare for the
test which you wish to make.

RE: Lot E-1, Redstone Ranch Acres Subdivision, known and numbered
as 0049 Bobcat Lane
Dear Mona:
On November 19, 1991, this department conducted an inspection
of the referenced property, owned by Byron and Verla Donahue, for
the purpose of evaluating the on-site wastewater disposal system
serving the existing dwelling._ The inspection was done at the
request of Brenda Meagher. This letter is our opinion of the
suitability and compliance of the systems with local and State
public health codes and accepted sanitary practices.
A review of our office records indicates that the sewage
disposal system consists of a 500 gallon septic tank and
approximately 150 square feet of seepage pit absorption area
constructed in 1967. A copy of the individual sewage disposal
system record is enclosed. A visual inspection of the premises
indicates that the sewage system is apparently functioning
satisfactorily at this time. However, we wish to emphasize that
this letter is not to be interpreted as implying any warranty
regarding this sewage disposal system.
Normally, as a part of this inspection, the septic tank is
pumped receiving the maintenance required every two years by County
regulation. However, in this case the pumping truck was unable to
get over the subdivision bridge, under construction. We would
recommend that this be done at the earliest opportunity.
Water to this residence is supplied from a well. An inspection
of this source have revealed that it was properly constructed and
located a sufficient distance from obvious sources of contamina-
tion.
