before a permit can be issued,. The individual sewage disposal permit must be issued before a building permit can be obtained.
FINAL INSPECTION APPROVAL MUST.' BE GIVEN BY THE ASPEN/PITKIN ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO BACKFILLING ANY PORTION
OF THE SYSTEM.
