monitoring for septic possibly polluting Owl Ck. The owner is Pitkin County, previous owner

Can one of you please call Peter Van Pelt, Airport Manager at 5384 and arrange to meet him on
the property to dye the septic system. Lada Vrany is claiming that the house is discharging sewage
into the irrigation ditch that runs through a culvert under Owl Creek Road just West of the house
driveway. The house used to be owned by Otto Stu hol mon the South end of the runway just
past the intersection of Owl Creek and Hwy 82.
See me and I will try to describe further what Lada relayed to me. Thank you. TSD
