As requested, ALI., SERVICE septic, LLC performed an onsite wastewater system evaluation on
October 28, 2004 for the subject property.
The subject OWS consists of a 1000 -gallon septic tank, followed by a 500 -gallon septic tank,
followed by a 1000 -gallon pump chamber. 840 square feet (SF) of mounded drain field exist as
indicated on attached as built drawing. The as -built drawing was provided by Pitkin County
Environmental Health Department. (Parcel ID # 2735-024-00-005)
The septic tanks appeared in good condition and the pumping system was wired and working. The
drain field showed no signs of surfacing effluent, and had no indication of failure. No observation
pipe was present.
This evaluation is not a guarantee of future drain field performance. ALL SERVICE septic, LLC
should be notified. if changes are made to the OWS or the residence.
