Dear Ms. Britvar:
This letter is regarding the building site owned by you
and located in White Horse Springs. The property was visited
by a member of this office on September 24, 1973 to determine
the feasibility of a sewage disposal system.
The topography is such that an individual sewage disposal
system would be feasible depending upon the percolation rate.
If the percolation is slower than 60 minutes per inch, the system
will have to be designed by a registered professional engineer.
Otherwise, a standard septic tank system will be allowed.
This letter will not relieve the owner from obtaining the
proper permits and meeting the regulations. If this office can
be of any further assistance, please advise us.
