NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 12,
2015, to begin at 5:30pm, or as soon thereafter as the conduct of business allows, in the
Commissioner's Meeting Room in the Courthouse, 506 East Main Street, Aspen, before the
Pitkin County Board of Adjustment, to consider an applicaton submitted by K2 Family Property
LLC, c/o Structural Associates, 4185 County Road 154, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601,
requesting 21' and 24' Height variances for two lightning poles where a maximum height of 20'
is allowed. The parcel contains 10.3 acres and is zoned AR -10. The State Parcel Identification
Number for this property is 264334300004.
