The Provision of Airport Executive Search - Director of Operations, Security and Safety (the
“Contract”) dated October 12, 2018 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin
County, Colorado (the “County”) and ADK Executive Search (the “Contractor”), is hereby
amended as follows:
Description of Change:
Increase task funding by $750 for travel reimbursement for one on-site visit.
Reason for Change:
On-site visit travel reimbursement for Director of Operations, Security and Safety interview(s).
