RE: Runway Broom Cores and Bristle Parts
Renewal of Contract # 209.2015
Pitkin County has elected to renew the Runway Broom Cores and Bristle Parts Services
Contract with Myslik Inc., which is set to expire on January 3, 2019. Include the extension
provision included in the original contract, if any.
If the renewal of this contract is agreeable to Myslik Inc., please sign this letter in the
space provided below and return it, along with a current copy of your certificate of
insurance, naming Pitkin County as additionally insured on the Certificate as required.
Pitkin County hereby authorized the renewal of Contract # 209.2015 with Myslik Inc., for
a period of 10 years additional with 1 year terms from contract expiration date; new
expiration date is now January 3rd 2020 Choose an item.
All rates will remain the same for the extension ending January 3rd 2020 .
Any changes in rates thereafter will be by an amendment.

Pricing:
1) SIB set of bristles – part # 4047355 / 168/20-56/12 - $7,096.00 delivered. Bristle
sets may consist of 168/20-112/6
2) SIB core – part #MB20ft-R-28 (one core) core has 10 year warranty if SIB
replacement bristles are used - $12,350.00 delivered. A warranty statement will be
supplied.
3) Core parts pricing:
a) End plate R28 one piece (bearing side): $337.00 each + frt
b) End plate R28 split (drive side): $329.00 each + frt
c) Stainless screw MF6SA4-70M12x45: $6.75 each + frt
d) Stainless screw M6SA4M12x45: $5.25 each + frt
4) Delivery time on bristles – 5 / 7 days ARO
5) Delivery time on cores – approximately 90 days ARO
6) Pricing will be valid through 12/31/19.
