The Provision of Property Management for Phillips Property and Mobile Home Park (the
“Contract”) dated March 1, 2018 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County,
Colorado (the “County”) and Noyes Property Management, LLC (the “Contractor”), is hereby
amended as follows:
Description of Change:
Extension/renewal of Contract term. Per the original Contract, the Contract may be extended for
four (4) additional terms of one (1) year by the express written consent of both parties.
Reason for Change:
Renewal of contracted services for one (1) year.
