The Provision of Dust Control Product and Application for Gravel Roads (the “Contract”) dated
March 12, 2018 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado (the
“County”) and GMCO Corporation (the “Contractor”), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
1. Pitkin County has elected to renew the Dust Control Product and Application for Gravel
Roads Services Contract with GMCO Corporation, which is set to expire on March 31,
2019. Per the terms of the contract it states that, “At the expiration of the initial term, the
contract may be extended for an additional term of three (3) additional one 1-year terms
by the express written consent of both parties.”
If the renewal of this contract is agreeable to GMCO Corporation, please sign this letter
in the space provided below and return it, along with a current copy of your certificate of
insurance, naming Pitkin County as additionally insured on the Certificate as required.
Pitkin County hereby authorized the renewal of Contract # 103.2018 with GMCO
Corporation, for a period of one (1) year from contract expiration date; new expiration
date is now March 31, 2020.
All rates will remain the same for the extension ending March 31, 2020.
2. This change order increases the overall Contract value by $75,000.00 for use in the
renewal term spanning from 4/1/19-3/31/20.
