The Provision of USDA Forest Service Collection Agreement for Pitkin County Partnership
Program (the “Contract”) dated May 3, 2016 between the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado (the “County”) and USDA, Forest Service Whitel River National
Forest: Aspen-Spopris Ranger District (the “Contractor”), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change: Modification of agreement 16-CO-11021501-028 to add funding in the
amount of $25,620. Executed modification agreement by both parties is attached to this Change
Order 197-2016 B.
Reason for Change: To continue and update term of the agreement.
