RESOLUTION OF THE PITRIN COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
GRANTING APPROVAL OF A IAT LINE ADJUSTMENT TO RAY LALONE
Resolution No. PZ-89-�
WHEREAS, Ray LaLone (hereinafter "Applicant") has applied to
the Pitkin County Planning and Zoning Commission (hereinafter
"Commission") for approval of a Lot Line Adjustment pursuant to
Section 4-2.2(a)(2) of the Land Use Code to add approximately 1/2
acre to an existing 1/4 acre parcel of land (as described in
Exhibit "A" attached); and
WHEREAS, the Commission reviewed this application at their
regularly scheduled meeting on November 21, 1989, at which time
evidence and testimony was presented with respect to this
application; and
WHEREAS, the Commission finds that the purposes or effect of
this lot line adjustment is not the creation of an additional lot
for development or resale purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission that it
hereby grants approval of the Lot Line Adjustment subject to the
following conditions:
1. The applicant shall submit a 24 X 36 inch mylar survey
plat for recording which meets the approval of the
Planning Office and the County Attorney.
APPROVED by the Commission at it regular meeting on November
21, 1989.
