Is the owner of the property getting married? As far as the wedding setup/take down, will that all be the day of the wedding, or the day before? Will you need a day after the wedding for take down? Are there going to be structures that are up to 400 sq. ft.? Is there going to be amplified music? How many number of attendees? (This includes: DJs, vendors, guests, etc). As far as transportation, this is a one lane dirt road. How will people be brought into the area? By shuttle, or is everyone driving individually? Please provide answers to the questions above. If you have any other questions please reach me at my contact information below. https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0?ik=4544c3b4f7&view=pt&search=all&permthid=thread-f%3Al 628900880722753302&simpl=msg-f%3Al6289008807... 1/5 4/16/2019 Thank you! To answer your questions: Mon, Mar 25, 2019 at 7:33 PM The owner's son is getting married. It will be catered but there will be no tents or exterior setup. It will all be contained in one house with sleeping spread over 2 houses all on the same property. No amplified music. 40 people. The road is 2 lane, and people will arrive at different times but will carpool. 8 of the people are family and residents of the property. I hope this answers your questions and gives you a better feel for the event. I am the property manager for the family and my wife and I will count as 2 guests and we live on site also. So there will be a maximum influx of 30 non residents. The wedding is an intimate family affair with a reception following being held in California. We were very vocal in raising concerns about the very large commercial wedding held in the basin a few years back, and out of respect for the regulations imposed, want to go through the proper permit process.
