ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO AGENDA: County Manager, Hilary Smith, requested that the Ordinance authorizing reassignment of Rocky Mountain Car Collection be pulled from the agenda. Commissioner Hatfield moved to amend the agenda accordingly. Commissioners Ireland seconded the motion. Motion passed with three yea votes. Commissioners Farris and Roy absent. Commissioner Ireland moved approval of the Consent Public Hearings Agenda. Commissioner Hatfield seconded the motion. Chairperson Clapper opened the hearings to public comment. FIRST READING—ORDINANCE APPROVING RENTAL CAR ASSIGNMENT,ASSUMPTION AND CONSENT AGREEMENT WITH ANC RENTAL CORPORATION FOR THE PROVISION OF ON- AIRPORT RENT-A-CAR CONCESSION SPACE AT THE ASPEN/PITKIN COUNTY AIRPORT—PULLED FROM AGENDA—NO ACTION NECESSARY FIRST READING—ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT AND REPEALING ORDINANCE 058-2001 AND SECTION 2-11 OF ARTICLE 2, SERIES OF 19999 ORDINANCE NO. 61 —MOTION TO APPROVE FIRST READING AND SET FOR SECOND READING ON DECEMBER 18,2002 Commissioner Ireland moved approval of first reading of the Ordinance with the following two amendments suggested by staff. • Add a publication fee in the amount of$25.00 • Include the Clerk and Recorder's administrative fees with an increase of 4%. Commissioner Clapper seconded the motion. Chairperson Clapper opened the hearing to public comment. There being no comment, she closed the public hearing and called the question. Motion passed with two yea votes and one nay vote by Commissioner Hatfield consistent with his previous motions on this matter. Commissioners Farris and Roy absent.
