The Provision of Quantum Secure Software Support Agreements and Software Maintenance (the
"Contract") dated April 1, 2015 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County,
Colorado (the "County") and Quantum Secure, Inc. dba HID SAFE (the "Contractor"), is hereby
amended as follows:
Description of Change: Renew SAFE support and maintenance agreement for an additional 12
months for a period beginning April 1, 2019 and ending March 31, 2020. Integrate new C-Cure
9000 card access software and peripheral equipment for use with Aspen/Pitkin County Airport's
existing HID SAFE system.
Reason for Change: This is a required service to ensure our federally regulated identity
management system is current.

Previous Change Order/Amendment Amount $ 55,539.00
