The Provision of Transparency and Intelligence Software and Development (the “Contract”)
dated November 10, 2016 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County,
Colorado (the “County”) and OpenGov, Inc. (the “Contractor”), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
1. Increase annual funding for Munis / OpenGov integration and update of Chart of
Accounts.
a. One-Time Services fee for CoA update: $4,650.00
b. Ongoing, annual fee for Munis/OpenGov integration: $4,080.00
2. Add Capital ERP budget coding (110.21.92400.86673) for CoA update and integration
fees
Reason for Change:
1. Increase funding for increased services
2. Add appropriate coding for services to be rendered
