The Provision of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) (the “Contract”) dated March
31, 2015 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado (the
“County”) and Ascentis Corporation (the “Contractor”), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
1. Renewal of Contract term, which is currently set to expire on March 31, 2019. Per the
terms of the original Contract, the term may be extended by the express written consent
of both parties. Pitkin County hereby authorizes the renewal of Contract # 052.2015 with
Ascentis Corporation for a period of one (1) year from the current expiration date; new
expiration date is now March 31, 2020
2. Removal of the following services/modules from the subscription and reduction in the
associated cost for each service/module being removed effective March 31, 2019:
a.Ascentis Learning Management @ $8,424.00/Year
b. Ascentis Performance Management @ $7,452.00/Year
c.Ascentis Compensation Planning @ $3,240.00/Year
d. Ascentis Learning Management @ $13,380.00/Year
Reason for Change:
1.Extension of Contract term through March 31, 2020
2.Removal of the above detailed services/modules at the designated reduction(s) in billable
