The Provision of Noxious Weed Management Services (the “Contract”) dated April 13, 2017
between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado (the “County”) and
Eco-Right Solutions (the “Contractor”), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
Add noxious weed management services for the Airport. Pricing and scope of services provided
in Attachment A. Work performed at the Airport shall not exceed $34,000 for the term ending
October 15, 2019.
Reason for Change:
Add noxious weed management services for the Airport grounds in addition to the original
Contract scope.
Original Contract Amount $ 37,152.00
Previous Change Order/Amendment Amount $ 74,304.00
This Change Order/Amendment Amount $ 34,000.00
New Contract Total $ 145,456.00
