Lee Mulkahey appeared before the Board to request a public hearing with regard to an eviction process implemented by the Aspen Pitkin County Housing Authority. Jim Kline appeared before the Board to request that any approval df the Aspen Mountain application, which is later on the agenda, be put off for a year or two. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO AGENDA: None COMMISSIONERS COMMENTS: Commissioner Clapper urged everyone to be careful of wildlife on the roads. Commissioner Newman recited a list of local citizens who were recently appointed by the Governor Jared Polis to statewide positions. The list includes: Gail Schwartz, Water Conservation Board, Eden Vardy, Colorado Parks and Wildlife as the AG representative and April Long to the statewide Water Quality Control Commission. BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS 1 REGULAR MEETING APRIL 10,2019 Commissioner Child commented that he attended a stragetic planning event at the Basalt Library and the topic was that of some members of the community not being able to get to the library either due to not having a vehicle or because of work hours. He asked if anyone has any ideas on these issues to please contact him. Commissioner Poschman provided information regarding the Aspen High School play. Commissioner Child recused himself from participating on this matter. He explained that he did not file the application, but it does have an affect on his property.
