The Provision of Tower Engineering and Inspection Services (the “Contract”) dated September
7, 2019 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado (the “County”)
and Ridgeline Engineering Company (the “Contractor”), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change: Increase in contract value to reflect the addition of shelter foundation
design for the pre-fabricated shelter at the Jackrabbit Communications Site.
All rates to stay the same within the scope of this change order.
Reason for Change: Increase in scope.

Using a geotechnical engineering report provided by Pitkin County
Communications, and the shelter drawings provided by Thermobond, Ridgeline will
provide calculations and drawings for a shelter foundation to be utilized for the
prefabricated shelter at the Jackrabbit site. All deliverables will be provided under
the seal of a Colorado Registered Professional Engineer.
