Pursuant to Ordinance No. 32-2002, the Board of County Commissioners ("BOCC") adopted fees for the Community Development Department. 2. The Community Development Department staff has identified certain planning and zoning review fees and referral fees that were omitted from the fee schedule or needed further clarification. 3. The BOCC finds that the proposed fees are consistent and fair to the public and reflect the expense incurred in providing such services to the public. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado, that it does hereby adopt the following amendments to Exhibit A of Ordinance No. 32-2002, the planning and zoning review fees and referral fees. 1. Add the following base fees for the processing of Land Use applications: Case Type Fee Master Plan $3,360.00 Temporary Use/Special Event Permits- minor $420.00 2. Amend the following in the base fees for the processing of Land Use applications: Case Type Fee Major Plat~ Subdivision or PUD Amendment $1,470.00 I Minor Plat~ Subdivision or PUD Amendment $630.00 Special Review-- one stepminor $1,000.00 Special Review -twc stepl_naior $2,500.00 Temporary Use/~Special Event Permits - major $1,260.00 3. Add the following referral fees for the processing of Land Use applications: Housing - Minor $160.00 Housing - Major $320.00 RFTA $65/hour 4.
