The Provision of Year-End Processes and Accounting Services (the “Contract”) dated June 25,
2018 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado (the “County”)
and CBS Accounting, LLC (the “Contractor”), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
Increase project funding by Fifteen-Thousand dollars ($15,000.00) for additional support and
services.
Reason for Change:
Additional funding required for continued services for year-end accounting support.
Original Contract Amount $ 10,000.00
