T'he anplication for permit indicated thet two sides of said lot abutt the adjacent County right-,f-way and that the setback on one portion of said yard abutting the public right-of-way would only be 10 feet. Therefore, the anplication for permit does not comnly with the County Zoning Resolution and is being forwarded tc the County Board of Adjustment.
