Pitkin County desires to convey its interest two parcels of land (the "Property"), more fully described in the attached Quit Claim Deed to the Town of Basalt. 2. As of December l0th, 2002, the Town of Basalt has annexed the two properties described in the Quit Claim Deed. 3. Conveyance of the Property to the Town of Basalt will complete the conditions of the Intergovernmental Agreement of 1999. 4. It has been agreed by both parties that the management of these parcels would be most efficiently accomplished by the Town of Basalt.
