RE: Non-Funder Participating Agreement between Pitkin County and the
USDA, Forest Service WRNF
Renewal of Contract # 241.2016
Pitkin County has elected to renew the Non-Funder Participating Agreement between
Pitkin County and the
USDA, Forest Service WRNF Services Contract with U.S. Forest Service WRNF, which
is set to expire on May 31, 2019. Include the extension provision included in the original
contract, if any.
If the renewal of this contract is agreeable to U.S. Forest Service WRNF, please sign this
letter in the space provided below and return it, along with a current copy of your
certificate of insurance, naming Pitkin County as additionally insured on the Certificate
as required.
Pitkin County hereby authorized the renewal of Contract # 241.2016 with U.S. Forest
Service WRNF, for a period of five years from contract expiration date; new expiration
date is now May 31st, 2024 .
All rates will remain the same for the extension ending May 31st, 2024 .
Any changes in rates thereafter will be by an amendment.
